What is MPSA?
MPSA is a sitter education and client connection network. It’s sole mission is to provide extra
support and education to greater Omaha’s sitters while being able to connect client’s with sitters that best fit their
needs.

How do you use MPSA as a client?
You can get connected with a sitter within the network by filling out our detailed form that goes over
everything we need to know about your service inquiry. You can find our form on our Facebook page or by
emailing omahapetsitters@gmail.com


How do you use MPSA as a sitter?
Easy! All you have to do is talk to one of our current members and we will guide you through everything you
need to know to be welcomed into our network.


Does MPSA provide the sitting services?
No – all of our sitters are independently owned and operated. Many of our sitters can be found on Rover or
Facebook where you can easily access their reviews from past clients.


What does it cost to use MPSA?
Currently, it costs nothing to use the MPSA service. However, all of our sitters set their own services and
pricing so these can vary from sitter to sitter.


What animals does MPSA service?
Our sitters offer a variety of services for ALL animals! We have sitters that specialize in many different species,
breeds, behaviors and/or medical needs.


What types of services do the MPSA sitters provide?
We have a wide variety of services that our sitters offer. We have everything from boarding and house sitting to
drop ins and regular daily walks.


How long does it take to hear from one of our sitters and what should I do if I haven’t heard
from anyone?

We ask that you give our sitters 2-3 business days to review your requests and reach out to you. You should
hear from up to 3 sitters at a time. If you do not hear from one of our sitters in 2-3 business days, please reach
out immediately and we will look into this matter promptly.
